About the Project:
Metrolinx Common CRM is a customer and case management solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015. Common CRM will deliver the following capabilities to the identified business units:
• Meet common and unique departmental business needs with a solution.
• Share profile, activity, and case data with other business units as needed.
• Can be extended for future business needs
Common CRM is currently extended to the following business units within Metrolinx:
• The Office of the CEO
• PRESTO Customer Care
• PRESTO Client Management and Business Development (CMBD)
• Strategic Communications Stakeholder Relations
• Rapid Transit Implementation (RTI) Community Relations
Roles and Responsibility
1. Lead the team (offshore/onshore) technically and ensure the delivery of all aspects of the project.
2. Leading the design and architecture sessions with the clients, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the project.
3. Integrations with existing systems to retrieve data against a specific client and Establishing clear exception handling mechanism using Intelligent Exception Management .
4. Interact with customer and participate in business and system requirements sessions
5. Regularly communicating with the customer on the status of the issue resolution and sending Reports using Utility to extract Test Case from Quality Centre to Excel.
6. Estimating the completion of task and gaining customer approval
7. Keep upgrading the Dynamics CRM systems to the latest release versions by using Knowledge articles in K-Shop repository.
8. Requirement gap analysis and transforming the functional specs into technical specs.
9. Unit testing the modules before delivering to Testing team.
10. Ensuring overall quality delivery and maintain client interactions for the project from technical and functional aspects

Description of the project
IRIS MCGA deals with contact management, activities tracking and coverage team management for a leading bank in America. IRIS MCGA is a Custom Solution for assigning Teams against Clients and tracking the services rendered to the client. This Solution is inclusive of a security model, providing Client related details on a need to know basis to the users. Maintaining and tracking records of all communications sent out to team members and customers.
Role & Responsibility :
1. Lead the team (offshore/onshore) technically and ensure the delivery of all aspects of the project using Pride and Infosys Application Development Workbench (iAD).
2. Leading the design and architecture sessions with the clients, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the project.
3. Assisting with architecting the CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports to model the client’s organizational process
4. Develop a system to access all the Bank’s Client and Contact related data.
5. Custom Security Model implemented utilizing all the available security features in Dynamics CRM e.g. Access team, Security Roles, Field Level Security, JScript’s, etc.
6. Integrations with existing systems to retrieve data against a specific client and Establishing clear exception handling mechanism using Intelligent Exception Management (iEMS).
7. Interact with customer and participate in business and system requirements sessions
8. Requirement gap analysis and transforming the functional specs into technical specs
