I've been a programmer/engineer since graduating from Purdue University, with a varied experience in roles and technologies. But in all my roles, I've naturally grown and found myself in senior/lead roles where I'm looked to as an expert and mentor for my teammates.
In recent years, I've been a full stack developer using React, Redux, Ruby on Rails & Postgres. It's been extremely fulfilling learning these technologies, as well as helping define best practices and patterns for our engineering team. As a Principal engineer, I balance my time between technical planning of new product features, coding and mentoring my teammates.
