I have started my career as junior C++ developer back in 2006 and since then I've assumed positions of development team lead and egineering manager in one of the largest software companies in Russia, and CTO and VP positions in several international start-ups. As consultant, I help business owners and top management who are not entirely happy with the quality of their products or perfomance of their engineering teams to identify toxic practicies and technical flaws that hold their businesses back and seamlessly transform their businesses to make them more efficient and sustainable.
