I am a data scientist in the genomics area, and I hold a PhD degree in Epigenomics, a field of Bioinformatics. I love to teach and pass along knowledge!
R and bash are my main languages, and I work with data analysis, statistics, and bioinformatics.
Under the bioinformatics umbrella, my areas of expertise are:
- Transcriptomics (RNA-seq and Affymetrix microarray);
- Population genomics (GWAS)
