I created client-side validation using javacript, reports using Report Buillder, designed and layout of forms for end-users, integration of Microsoft outlook with Dynamics CRM 2011 and Training of users. Plugins and Custom workflows were developed to cater for logic that Microsoft Dynamics did not provide.
