Migrated from on-premise servers to Azure. Built and maintained CD/CD pipelines with automated security scanning.
• Kaiser Permanente (multi-year): Led a team of 1-2 .NET developers alongside KP employees to build and maintain a complex web application for managing health care plan data across all U.S. markets for the national benefits administration team. Work included complex multi-field forms, bulk mass-update workflows, and multi-market plan management. Migrated from Jenkins to GitHub Actions and YAML pipelines.
• AT&T (multi-year): Led a team of 4 .NET developers and 1 tester to deliver a tablet-optimized web app for managing the second-largest commercial fleet in the U.S., including custom dashboards, dynamic forms, document management, inventory management, and workflow management.
