Worked as System Analyst and I was directly interacting with customers for issues/requests to their accounts. Worked in ITIL environment where incident management, change management, patch management, etc were sttictly followed. Worked on realtime production issues going on bridge with customers for troubleshooting incidents. Responsible for managing changes end to end which involves getting client approvals, prepating runbooks, getting change approved by CAB and implementing the changes.

Worked as Senior Technical support Engineer. I was responsible for managing shared hosting servers, troubleshooting issues with customers on shared hosting, vps and dedicated servers. Configuring servers for customers based on the requirements. Handling cPanel setup. Provisioning customer accounts on cPanel servers. Migration of hosting accounts from one hosting provider to other. Managing backup and restoration activities. Patching servers, monitoring servers and handling abuse complaints.
