I lead the end-to-end development and maintenance of a mission-critical Logistics & Distribution Management System. This platform has been in active use for over a decade, supporting daily distribution operations.

• Full Lifecycle Ownership: I managed the entire SDLC, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
• Tech Stack: Built using C#, .NET framework, and SQL Server for robust data handling.
• Impact: The system automates route planning, inventory tracking, and billing, significantly reducing manual operational overhead for the client.
