- Created the security and compliance management process where there was none, and standardized the tools teams use to report and respond to vulnerabilities.
- Audit security vulnerabilities and coordinate fixes across teams until they ship.
- Built SHIELD, the reporting platform management and teams use to act on vulnerabilities and compliance gaps (NestJS, Node.js workers, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Every team now tracks its security compliance areas; open vulnerabilities dropped sharply and measured code quality went up.
- Use AI-assisted development with Claude, Cursor, and Copilot, and trained models on internal knowledge so teams can query it directly.
