I'm a Software Crafter with over fifteen years of professional experience. I'm a TDD enthusiast and Clean Code advocate that deliver “not only working software, but also well-crafted”. I've the ability to communicate and effectively manage.
As a self-taught person I love doing katas and being a mentor. I've guided many coding dojos and technical reading clubs. I think that mentoring helps me to learn different techniques and point of views, and also new tools, framework and languages.
One of the skills that I've worked these last years is to refactor code properly and quickly. That means refactor during the development, without the need to delay the release of features, and it's what I've been enforcing during my mentoring activities.
