I am working at AmEx as a business analyst where my daily routine includes to analyse data to come up with various strategies to increase opertaional efficiency and increase customer engagement. I do develop models to predict various customer related metrics which could give higher correlated information about the behaviour of the customer to fine tune feature/promotion offers.

Project Title: Operational Sales and Servicing model for Bankers – for one of world’s largest retail branch network bank  Worked on providing banker staffing guidance for one of world’s largest retail banks, which is aimed at $35 million expense reduction  Created a model to estimate banker requirement and mix at Branch level to achieve a desired Servicing-SLA and Customer-Engagement  Developed activity based tracker to understand work drivers and variability across network by banker roles- Personal/Relationship in SAS  Integrated multiple data sources, from Teradata, to uncover inter-linked aspects of demography, branch financials on banker performance  Rolled-up platform transactions(120M) into banker-customer sessions and computed work rates for each type of banker–customer session  Underwent a month long training of analytical tools - R, SAS and Business Case Study; eventually topping one - off evaluated training of R
