Helping indie hackers to get their first Rails app users
Helping indie hackers to get their first Rails app users

Isn't it tragic that the creative energy of most indie hackers flows into products that never see the delighted faces of their intended users?

I was stuck in my career until I built my first real apps running in the Internet. From there, opportunities opened up and I've had the privilege to work with incredibly talented people that built tools that are among the best in their category and industry, most lately the marketing industry. Now, I'm on a mission to help a 100 developreneurs and indie hackers ship their Rails apps with marketing in mind and onboard first users.

I'm happy to help with your issue LIVE and hands-on if you need help right now!

Otherwise, I also offer 3 main tiers to work with you for 1-3 months to achieve your goals:

STANDARD:
Once a month 1-2h strategy and hands-on coding call to move your project and code architecture in the right direction. Works best if you are working on a portfolio app or a few hours a week side project.

PRO: Twice a month 1+ hour hands-on sessions and once a month strategic evaluation roadmap session. Works best if you are actively improving your portfolio for a new career opportunity or commit serious time to your side project.

LITE: Once a week 1 hour builders coaching (can go longer than 3 months).
I help the group build their Ruby apps and make their step to market them (you will join a group of currently: 2 people).

All plans include Slack, Kanban (compulsary time tracking), a process/roadmap t

I'm also open to other formats, like free mentoring if you are going to help me with my projects or an unlimited daily sessions program where we finish your project and get your first (paid) users in 1-3 months. Just send me an inquiry detailing:

  1. What is your Why for building your project?
  2. What is your background and experience building software products?
  3. At what stage are you in your app development or ideation?
  4. How long should our collab go and what parts of the app do you expect to have built by the end of the program?
  5. What is your weekly planned avg. time commitment?

See you shipping soon! 🚀

My latest in progress project: numify.co - I love to think about the best stack and tech for the job at hand - I love to automate from the beginning, especially considering that nowadays it's so cheap in effort and free in money - I love to utilise latest infrastructure and serverless to keep it free, flexible and fast - My web app stack? All things JS in front- and backend, data-heavy modules in Python, plus a few bash automations if needed.

In my opinion, usually for a web app, all things JS in the frontend (e.g. React or Bootstrap) and all things in the Backend (e.g. Node) work just fine together. JS is everywhere.

One of my professors introduced Python in our university. It has become the best tool for many tasks and now I love to introduce it, too. In the last years I've used it to - created projects and tools for personal use - create server and deployment automation - write my Bachelor's thesis about Natural Language Processing - build major semester project on data scraping & data analysis - build ChatBots

This number one university language is also the place where my journey began. If you feel stuck with Java sometimes, I probably know exactly what you are going through. I had my ways to push through and I'd love to share them with you.

From data sourcing over cleaning and ingesting up to analysis I experienced everything first hand in Big Data projects at work and university. Before getting into software development I had an e-commerce store with over 650 sales and 100% positive reviews, just to give you a feeling of how important "win win" is to me. On the technical side I was automating processes with ebay's API and building custom templates with HTML and CSS.

FullStack.coach aims to provide great quality content for full stack students and coding coaches. Knowing when to focus on design and/or functionality instead of the deep tech behind a product is crucial for a full stack engineer. FullStack.coach is my attempt to do exactly this and learn a new low code technology on the way. (built together with upsult.com)
