Nearly all the mobile apps I develop today use Ionic. I have resolved numerous questions on Stack Overflow on this topic. It's a powerful framework that I love to use for app development. I created a video tutorial for creating a simple cross-platform mobile app on Windows that may be helpful if you're new to Ionic.

Do you need an application developed for multiple platforms such as iOS and Android? This is my area of expertise for which I develop apps on a daily basis.

I've written numerous apps in Objective-C. Most notably I ported an entire open source project from C++ to Object-C to run on iOS called Stockfish (see http://robertpeterson.io). Although, today my preference is write iOS apps in Swift because the syntax is so much more concise compared to Objective-C.
