Led the development of Moz Content. Architected and implemented the system through all the product life cycle. From the ideation phase to the final release (and first paying customers) in just 10 months. Moz Content is a content analytics product that addresses content marketing and strategy challenges by providing insights and reporting for three essential components of the content marketing process: performance measurement, content creation and amplification. Designed and leaded the development of an Analytics/AB framework (Optimizely, Mixpanel and Ducksboard). This framework is used to track KPIs, evaluate the success of new features, perform AB tests and discuss future optimization paths. Helped the product move from negative net adds to more than 2000 positive net adds in just 6 months.
