Sync issue

Start writing here...Hi. My phone had 400+ tabs on Google Chrome on my Android phone regarding some important data I had to go over. I had sync on for that particular device. The device was unfortunately stolen. Now that I am trying to recovery tabs on my new phone, and on the PC by using the same Google account, I am only able to access the last 10-12 tabs from my phone, by using the Recent Tabs on other devices feature in history?

Is there any way I can recover all my tabs as I am still not logged out on that stolen phone? The data on the tabs was really important, would really appreciate any help!
