At CARS24 Arabia, I have led the transformation of the consumer app into a One Stop Used Car Solution Super App, expanding it beyond Buy/Sell into multiple verticals in the UAE including Buy Car, Sell Car, Finance & Loans, Hire A Driver/Chauferly, Servicing and Car Valuations. The Super App was built using a micro-app architecture, and I had end-to-end ownership of 4 core micro apps. In this role, I combine technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and product vision to deliver scalable, high-performing mobile experiences while driving adoption, retention, and business growth.

Super App Architecture & Ownership: Designed modular navigation, dynamic bottom tabs, and cross-vertical integrations. Owned 4 micro apps, ensuring scalability, consistency, and future-ready growth across services.
